Status: Full-time/Part-time flexible, Hybrid (75% outreach, 25% at office)

Location: Camp Hill, PA.

As the Director of Nursing, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of quality care is delivered to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of skilled nurses to provide exceptional care to our patients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain the highest level of quality care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure quality care and identify areas for improvement.
• Foster a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and a commitment to excellence.

What We Offer:

$50 per hour, flexible schedules. Performance based bonus in addition to base salary and potential ownership equity for serious high performing DON.
