ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2017, and we’ve grown into a dedicated team of five. I started my career with State Farm right out of college, and after graduating from the University of Georgia with a degree in Marketing, I knew this was the industry where I wanted to build my future. My husband also works for State Farm, and together with our daughter and two dogs, we’ve made this work both a family passion and a long-term commitment.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Emily Beck - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
