Director of Maintenance $100,000 - $125,000 + Performance Bonus (DOE) Vancouver, WA (Clark County) Looking for a role where you can step in and lead — not learn on the job? Invest West Management is seeking a Director of Maintenance to take full ownership of our maintenance operations across rental, multifamily, single‑family, commercial, and HOA portfolios. This is a Director‑level role responsible for driving performance, profitability, and accountability across the department. We are looking for someone who has led maintenance operations and has experience in property management, construction, facilities, trades, or related operational environments, who can step in, assess operations quickly, and elevate performance immediately. This role is best suited for someone who has managed technicians or crews, coordinated vendors, overseen projects or work orders, and understands how to drive accountability, efficiency, and operational performance in a fast‑paced environment.
