Operations Billing Specialist

We are partnering with a growing oil & gas services company in San Antonio that is looking to add a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Billing Specialist to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, problem solving, communicating with people, and keeping operations moving smoothly behind the scenes. This role is ideal for someone with experience in billing, dispatching, accounting support, data entry, accounts receivable, collections, service coordination, or administrative operations. What You’ll Be Doing Review and process daily field tickets, billing information, and job details Track well numbers, site times, signatures, billing codes, and GPS activity on crews/trucks Follow jobs from beginning to end ensuring all information is accurate and updated Communicate with field personnel, clients, and internal teams throughout Texas including South Texas and West Texas Identify discrepancies, missing information, or billing issues and help resolve them quickly Maintain accurate records, paperwork, and documentation Provide excellent customer service and professional phone communication Coordinate with multiple departments to keep projects and billing moving efficiently What They’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Someone proactive who enjoys problem solving and critical thinking Comfortable communicating with clients and field personnel by phone and email Friendly, outgoing, and customer service focused personality Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Experience in billing, dispatching, accounting support, AR, collections, or data entry preferred Oil & gas, service equipment, or field operations experience is a plus Why This Opportunity Stands Out Stable and growing company Opportunity to learn the oil & gas industry and continue growing professionally
