You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Extensive Navy Working Capital Fund (NWCF) experience and expertise in budget formulation, execution, and fiscal compliance. The incumbent is responsible for performing complex financial analysis, reviewing and approving funding documents and financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with fiscal law, regulations, and departmental policies. The position serves as a key control point for validating financial data, resolving discrepancies with stakeholders, and maintaining the integrity of financial information across multiple systems. Responsibilities include monitoring financial execution, supporting budget development activities, and providing recommendations to leadership to support informed decision-making. Through these efforts, the incumbent safeguards fiscal integrity, mitigates financial risk, and ensures the accuracy and reliability of financial operations.
