TOP NON-NEGOTIABLE SKILLS 5+ years Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consulting experience
Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Sales and Marketing modules - CS and Sales most important!
Experience with Customer Insights Journeys (ideal) or strong expertise across the other CE modules
Ability to lead requirements gathering, discovery, and analyze sessions with customers
Experience creating user stories and managing work backlogs Azure DevOps (ADO) experience Power Platform and Dataverse knowledge UAT leadership and user adoption experience Strong client-facing consulting and communication skills
WHAT WOULD MAKE THIS HIRE STAND OUTExperience with all three modules: Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing Healthcare insurance or payer industry experience Microsoft partner or consulting background Omnichannel implementation experience PL-200 certification Enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 CE transformation experience Strong change management and user adoption leadership
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead customer discovery and analyze sessions
- Gather and document business requirements
- Translate business requirements into functional solution designs
- Configure Dynamics 365 CE functionality across Sales, Service, and related applications
- Create and manage user stories and work backlogs
- Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams
- Support data migration and integration validation activities
- Lead UAT planning, execution, and defect triage
- Develop training materials and facilitate user adoption
- Serve as the functional escalation point for customer issues
- Drive successful delivery of Dynamics 365 CE workstreams throughout the project lifecycle
