Hybrid RN Clinical Documentation & Coding Specialist
Baptist Memorial Healthcare Corporation
Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation seeks a Clinical Documentation Specialist to evaluate and improve documentation practices, ensuring accurate coding and appropriate DRG assignments across multiple facilities. The role supports education for physicians and clinical staff within a hybrid work model.
The position requires five years of acute care clinical experience, RN licensure, and strong computer and communication skills; CCDS is preferred but not required.
