Job Description:

- Unit Information:
- Location: 1st Floor, Main Hospital
- Total Beds: 24 Beds, 5 Fast Track
- Staffing: Shift-dependent number of staff

- Day Shift:
- 1 Charge Nurse
- 4-9 Nurses (depending on time of day)
- Flexible staffing based on volume and arrival patterns
- Techs and paramedics utilized as needed

- Night Shift:
- 1 Charge Nurse
- 9-4 Nurses (depending on time of day and arrival pattern)
- Techs and paramedics utilized as needed

- Patient Ratios: 4:1
- EMR System: Meditech

- Shift Specifics:
- Days: 7a/9a/11a starts
- Evenings: 11a/1p/3p starts
- Nights: 7p start
- All shifts are variable

- Typical Hiring Profile:
