Winter 2027 Tax Internship

Responsibilities Deliver tax advisory and compliance services to clients. Participate in intern orientation, technical training, and development programs designed to enable contributions to client engagements. Engage in on‑job training through real work engagements, translating academic experience into the professional environment. Learn from associates, seniors, managers, and partners with specialized experience across multiple industries. Build relationships with clients, teammates, and leadership while developing client service and technical accounting skills. Demonstrate performance and ability to join BakerTilly as a full‑time associate upon completion of the internship. Qualifications Enrolled as a student during the current school year in an accounting, law, or related business program, with sufficient coursework to sit for the CPA and/or Bar exam before full‑time employment. Able to work full‑time for the duration of the internship. Outstanding academic performance; preferred GPA of 3.0 or above. Relevant internship, work experience, or involvement with a professional organization is desired. Strong teamwork, time‑management, communication, interpersonal skills, and relationship building. Organizational and analytical skills, initiative, and adaptability. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). No immigration sponsorship available for this position.
