Scandinavian Designs - Dania Furniture is looking for a Sales Manager!
Location: 2502 South 48th Street, Tacoma Job Type: Full time - Non-Exempt/Hourly Training Rate: $20 / hr. Paid Bi- Weekly! Post Training Rate: Continuous base pay of $17.13 PLUS uncapped commission on personal sales and a percentage of store sales! - Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve success.
- Partner with the Store Manager to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and courteously.
- Train, coach, and develop new sales associates.
- Manage store metrics, including sales, inventory, and safety standards.
- Collaborate on merchandising, delivery, and operational processes.
- Bring energy and excitement to training sessions and team meetings.
- Experienced in commission-based sales and team building.
- A skilled communicator and expert listener.
- Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about interior design and customer service.
- Comfortable with technology and adaptable to change.
- Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
