• Assist in the production process by performing various tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and productivity.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks.
• Inspect products for quality assurance and report any defects.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a labor or production role is a plus (Example: assembly/production line worker)
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Biligual English/Spanish is a plus!
