Do:

Travel twice a week between 3 clinics - Primary Care in Algonquin (4 providers), OBGYN/Urogyne in Algonquin, S Elgin and Hoffman Estates (7 providers)

Monday - Friday 8-5

As a skilled and compassionate Clinical Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that your team delivers high-quality, patient-centered care. You will oversee and support staff in providing and coordinating comprehensive care through the nursing process, promoting safe, therapeutic outcomes in alignment with established standards, policies, and procedures.

Our Elgin medical clinic, located off Randall Road near I-90, less than one mile from Advocate Sherman Hospital, makes it easy to find family and primary care doctors near you. Our family medicine physicians are some of the best board-certified internal medicine and family doctors near you, well-trained to diagnose and treat complex medical conditions.

Our primary care physicians are trained in general medicine and care for a large majority of health care needs.

Our physicians are here to diagnose and treat chronic conditions and common ailments as well as coordinate your overall medical needs with your specialty care physicians. We provide care for patients with chronic conditions.
