At BAYADA, our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide one-on-one care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them build confidence, strengthen everyday skills, and live more independently in the comfort of their own homes.

If you have at least one year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, this is your opportunity to turn that experience into meaningful, relationship-centered work.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay up to $18 per hour
• Flexible scheduling with a variety of shifts and locations
  • Mondays and Wednesdays 6am-12pm
• Short commute times—we aim to place you within 30 minutes of home
  • Mileage reimbursement options available

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and locations
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to activities
• Willingness to travel between clients within your assigned area

What You’ll Do

• Provide support with daily routines and personal care
• Help individuals build life skills and maintain independence
• Offer encouragement, consistency, and meaningful companionship
• Support engagement at home and within the community
