Customer Service Rep We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Galesburg, United States. As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellent service. Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally Take accurate customer orders and input them into our system Process cash transactions and handle payments securely Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues Maintain a clean and organized work environment Assist with various tasks to support smooth store operations Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times We arguably have the most flexible schedule options of any company in the area. Full time or Part time positions are available. We are hiring for ALL shifts Day Shift - 10am - 5pm Dinner Shift - 4/5pm - 9/10pm Closing Shift - 5/6pm - 1am
