Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented governance and delivery professional to support a dynamic Transformation Program Management Office (TPMO) within a large-scale enterprise environment. This role sits at the intersection of program governance, delivery oversight, and cross-functional coordination, playing a critical part in ensuring transformational initiatives are executed with consistency, accountability, and rigor. The ideal candidate brings a few years of practical project management or PMO experience, is ready for broader exposure to complex programs, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where strong follow-through and professional judgment are essential. This is a staff augmentation engagement of approximately one year with potential for conversion to a permanent role based on organizational alignment and headcount availability. Responsibilities Support TPMO governance processes, stage gate readiness activities, and governance framework execution across the transformational portfolio Coordinate with program teams to collect, organize, and validate governance artifacts, approvals, evidence, and supporting documentation Track action items, risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, and follow-ups across assigned governance and delivery workstreams Prepare clear and concise status updates, meeting materials, leadership summaries, dashboards, and governance reporting inputs Administer and maintain governance information in tools such as KEY/Shibumi, SharePoint, SPM, Jira, Power BI, and other TPMO platforms as applicable Identify process gaps, documentation issues, and opportunities to improve repeatability, usability, and consistency across governance practices Support stage gate and readiness discussions, capture meeting outcomes, and escalate blockers to TPMO leadership in a timely manner Help TPMO leaders maintain momentum across multiple concurrent priorities in a cross-functional, matrixed environment Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into clear, audience-appropriate materials Demonstrated ability to create status updates, meeting notes, leadership summaries, and governance dashboards Working knowledge of project lifecycle, governance frameworks, stage gate processes, risk management, and PMO practices Proficiency or ability to quickly learn tools including SharePoint, Jira, Power BI, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office Suite Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through on assigned work Ability to operate independently on assigned tasks while collaborating effectively within a team environment Professional judgment, curiosity, coachability, and comfort asking clarifying questions to resolve ambiguity Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build credibility with program teams and senior stakeholders Nice to have: familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP project delivery, utility industry environments, or formal PMP or Agile training and certification Experience Approximately 2 to 5 years of experience in project management, PMO coordination, governance, transformation delivery, or related enterprise project roles Demonstrated experience supporting project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, meeting follow-ups, and action item tracking Prior exposure to enterprise PMO environments, governance frameworks, or large-scale transformation programs is preferred Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholder groups is strongly preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field preferred PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, or Agile certification is a plus but not required This is a compelling opportunity to gain meaningful exposure to enterprise-scale transformation governance within a leading energy organization, working alongside experienced TPMO leaders and cross-functional delivery teams.
