Jamie Morgan State Farm is looking for a Bilingual Sales & Service Insurance Representative to join our growing team in Cypress, TX. This is an in-office opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping customers, and creating opportunities to grow the business. You'll combine exceptional customer service with consultative sales to help customers protect what matters most while contributing to the agency's growth. The ideal candidate is confident, personable, goal-oriented, and comfortable having meaningful conversations with customers in both English and Spanish.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Sell and service State Farm insurance products, including Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and Financial Services
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Assist customers with questions, policy changes, renewals, and coverage needs
• Follow up with leads, referrals, prospects, and existing customers
• Identify coverage gaps and opportunities to better protect customers
• Conduct insurance reviews and recommend appropriate coverage
• Make outbound calls and develop new business opportunities
• Cross-sell products based on customer needs
• Help retain customers through responsive service and consistent follow-up
• Meet and exceed individual and agency sales and service goals
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity
• Provide professional, knowledgeable, and responsive customer service

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses preferred
• Must be willing and able to obtain required licenses before starting
• Insurance sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident and comfortable in a sales and service environment
• Goal-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Coachable, dependable, and team-oriented
• Motivated by personal and professional growth

COMPENSATION Competitive base pay plus commission opportunities. Final compensation will be based on experience, licensing, and sales ability. Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
