Proficiency with credit management software and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a credit representative or credit analyst role within a similar industry. Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing credit and collections. Certification in credit management (e.g., Certified Credit Professional) is a plus. Ability to analyze complex financial data and make sound credit decisions. Experience with CRM systems and advanced Excel skills. Responsibilities: Evaluate credit applications by analyzing financial data and credit reports to determine creditworthiness. Monitor customer accounts to identify overdue payments and initiate collection activities as necessary.
