Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Description

Job Summary:

Seeking a highly skilled ICU Registered Nurse to provide expert care to critically ill patients. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking abilities and clinical expertise in intensive care settings.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and monitor critically ill patients, ensuring prompt recognition of changes in status.
• Administer medications, therapies, and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Utilize advanced monitoring equipment, including ventilators, ICP, and hemodynamic monitors.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient care activities.
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and hospital policies to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of current ICU critical care nursing experience.
• Active Massachusetts RN license with license uploaded in profile.
• Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred.
• IV skills and active Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) required; PEARS certification preferred.
• Must have own reliable vehicle and valid address listed in profile.
