• Plan and carry out fun, age-appropriate activities for the children
• Pay attention to each child’s growth and development and share updates with parents as needed
• Build strong, positive relationships with both children and their families
• Communicate with parents in a kind and professional way
• Help keep your classroom clean, safe, and organized
• Follow all health and safety guidelines
• Work well with your team to keep the day running smoothly
• Be willing to learn, grow, and continue training
• Help create a classroom that is loving, safe, and fun for every child

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must pass a background check
• Must complete required training prior to starting
• Reliable and shows up ready for the day
• Has a heart for working with children and works well with others

• TECTA certification
• CDA (Child Development Associate)
• CPR certification
• Experience working in a childcare setting
• Experience with Brightwheel
