Position Overview
Our organization is looking for a Team Leader for MRI to manage the daily operations of the MRI department, ensuring that patient care is both safe and of the highest quality. This position is responsible for coordinating workflows, delegating tasks to staff members, and providing support to MRI nurses and technologists while maintaining compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily MRI operations and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Coordinate workflow and assign tasks to team members effectively.
- Support MRI nurses and technologists in their roles.
- Deliver direct patient care, including assessments, monitoring, and administering contrast agents.
- Collaborate closely with radiologists and interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
- Promote a culture of integrity, compassion, and accountability within the team.
- Contribute to staff development initiatives and quality improvement efforts.
- Optimize processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Proven experience in MRI operations and patient care.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.
This role involves working in a clinical environment, where the Team Leader will interact with patients and healthcare professionals regularly. Flexibility in scheduling may be required to meet departmental needs.
