Account Analyst – Private Client Services Account Analyst within Private Client Services (PCS) supports account management teams across Personal, Business, and Employee Benefits. The role involves administrative functions, customer interaction, and processing tasks while receiving on‑job training and ongoing support. MMA provides business insurance, employee health & benefits, retirement, and private client insurance solutions across North America, combining local service with global resources. Responsibilities Process notices of cancellations, non‑renewals, and reinstatements; communicate issues to the account management team. Collect, complete, and update census information. Review and process applications, binders, endorsements, renewals, new business policies, census/enrollment requests, and certificates of insurance. Handle billing questions, auto ID cards, insurance verification requests from customers, mortgage/title/closing agents, certificates of insurance, census, and department‑specific administrative processes. Prepare premium quotations for new business, renewal business, and any policy changes on existing policies. Utilize carrier online capabilities for billing and processing as necessary. Adhere to the department’s procedure manual and the agency’s and insurance companies’ systems, procedures, and regulations. Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. Qualifications 2+ years of insurance industry experience, ideally in Personal Lines brokerage. Active P&C insurance license or willingness to obtain within first 90 days. Effective oral and written communication and relationship‑building skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Exceptional time management, organization, and strong attention to detail. Additional (Preferred) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Management, Finance, or related field. Experience with SalesForce or Epic. Additional compensation may include performance‑based incentives.
