About Us

de Anda Capital is an independent sponsor and family office with over 140 deals and over 3 billion USD in investor value creation. We are based in Los Angeles, California and New York City, New York. Our main office is located in New York City.

We acquire, operate and consolidate businesses in property management and real estate services. We work across several verticals, including property management, payroll and payments, decarbonization, manufacturing, and lending and financing.

The Farm Program Structure

Through traditional finance paths, most professionals :reach partner in 10–12+ years. Through the Farm Program, you can become a Junior Venture Partner in about two to three.

We will accelerate your career by eight to ten years in only three to four years. We provide young professionals with the opportunity for 7-figures in fees and equity based on performance, rather than adhering to arbitrary timelines. We empower young professionals with responsibility, experience across multiple verticals, and direct mentorship.

Our accelerated pathway to partner:

Phase 1 (for MBA candidates): 2-4 weeks of an extended interview process, during which you will work on real work with de Anda Capital. 2 weeks is the accelerated path and 4 weeks is the typical path. This period is unpaid. 

Phase 2 (for MBA candidates): You will be officially onboarded as a Junior Analyst, during this period, you will be paid hourly and weekly hours can be flexible. 

Phase 3 (for MBA candidates): Upon graduation from an MBA program, you will be promoted to an Analyst position, during which you will earn nearly 6-figures. 

Phase 4: You will be promoted to Senior analyst, where you will be earning 6-figures with increased scope and responsibility. 

Phase 5: You will be promoted to Junior Venture Partner where you will earn 7-figures in equity and carry. 

About the Role

This role sits with our deal team and owns the work that connects what the model assumed to what the business actually delivers. You will work on both sides of that question: installing the operating systems that make a business run, and building the financial reporting that shows whether it is performing. Your work will span a live property management integration, portfolio FP&A, and operational and financial diligence on active deals.

• Post-acquisition integration: Support integration for a live acquisition in the property management space. Map the target's systems, workflows, vendor stack, and staffing model in the first weeks after close, identify what gets absorbed into the platform and what stays local, and sequence the transition so service quality holds.

• Operating systems and process design: Stand up the tooling, reporting cadences, and documented workflows that portfolio companies run on, covering service delivery, customer support and escalation paths, work order and maintenance routing, and tenant and owner communication SLAs.

• Internal firm operations: Build and maintain de Anda's project management infrastructure, including deal pipeline tracking, workstream ownership and status, and internal tooling selection and implementation.

• Portfolio FP&A and reporting: Maintain budgets, forecasts, and rolling projections for portfolio companies, and produce monthly and quarterly packages with budget-to-actual variance analysis and written commentary.

• KPI instrumentation: Build and track the operating KPIs that tell us weekly whether an operation is holding, and translate them into reporting for investment committee and lenders.

• Modeling and deal support: Build operating models and returns analyses, and contribute operational and financial diligence on live deals: understanding how a target actually runs and what that means for its earnings.

• Cross-portfolio projects: Work across portfolio companies on discrete operational and financial projects, carrying playbooks between them and standardizing what should be standard while leaving alone what is genuinely business-specific.

• Path to operating roles: Strong performers may be placed into a full-time operating role at a portfolio company.

Qualifications

\n
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed an MBA program (required).
\n
• 2–4 years of full-time work experience preferred.
\n
• Background in operations, FP&A, corporate finance, or a high-velocity venture-backed company. Prior exposure to post-merger integration, chief-of-staff work, financial due diligence, or scaled service delivery is a meaningful advantage.

• Advanced Excel. You can build a model or a KPI dashboard from a blank workbook rather than editing someone else's template.
\n
• Working fluency with modern operating and project management tools, and the judgment to select and implement them with cross-functional teams.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to learn an unfamiliar operating model fast. Industry expertise is valuable but not required.
