US Cafe - Evening Shift Leader Are you a highly skilled and motivated individual looking for a dynamic role as a Shift Leader? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering excellent service? If so, we want to hear from you! US Cafe, a local fast casual establishment in Smyrna, GA, is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations during designated shifts and ensure that our guests receive outstanding service. As a Shift Leader, you will have the opportunity to supervise team members, resolve guest complaints, delegate tasks, handle cash, and report any issues to the manager. Benefits/Perks:

- Previous experience as a shift leader or in a similar role

- Must be 18+ for this role
- Supervising employees and assigning duties
- Monitoring team performance and ensuring duties are performed efficiently
- Reporting any issues that arise during the shift to management
- Managing employee requests and transgressions
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards
- Coaching team members and training new staff
- Opening and closing registers, accounting for the daily intake, and preparing cash deposits
- Handling customer issues and employee disputes
- Expediting orders to guests and controlling the flow of orders as necessary
