Screaming Tuna | Milwaukee, WI

Join the vibrant team at Screaming Tuna, a modern Sushi & Asian Bistro located on the scenic Milwaukee Riverwalk. As a part-time Server, you will play a key role in delivering our award-winning sushi and Asian-inspired cuisine, all while promoting a sustainable dining experience. If you’re passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced, fun environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

Greet and serve guests in a warm, professional, and timely manner.
Learn and confidently explain menu items, including sushi, specialty drinks, sake, and seafood sustainability practices.
Take orders accurately and ensure food and beverages are delivered correctly.
Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Handle payments, tips, and guest feedback with professionalism.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and preparedness of service areas.
Support team members and assist with light side work as needed.

Requirements

Prior serving experience in a fast-paced, upscale casual or fine dining restaurant.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Enthusiasm for sushi, sake, cocktails, and Asian cuisine (training provided).
Ability to multitask under pressure with a positive attitude.
Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Must be 18+ to serve alcohol.
