Do you love technology and enjoy making someone’s day a little easier by simplifying their smartphone experience? As a Wireless Specialist, you’ll help customers find the right devices, plans, and services while creating a friendly, helpful experience from the moment they walk through the door.

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, comfortable talking with customers, and ready to learn. You’ll work with both new and existing customers, answer questions, solve problems, and help keep the store running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate devices, plans, accessories, and services.
• Assist with activations, upgrades, account changes, payments, equipment purchases, and service needs.
• Work toward individual sales and performance goals while maintaining a strong customer experience.
• Help troubleshoot devices and resolve customer concerns.
• Follow up with customers and conduct approved outbound sales and lead-generation activities.
• Stay current on products, promotions, pricing, and wireless technology.
• Accurately process transactions and protect customer information.
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, opening and closing duties, and other store operations.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for customers.
• Participate in training, meetings, community events, and other activities that support the store and business.

Pay & Benefits

• $15.00–$17.00 per hour

What We’re Looking For Friendly and comfortable talking with customers. Dependable and able to work assigned schedules. Willing to learn and open to coaching and feedback. Professional, respectful, and team-oriented. Comfortable using technology and learning new systems. Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred, but not required. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Schedule This is an on-site retail position. Availability must include a combination of days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended holiday hours based on business needs.

Physical Requirements This position requires standing and walking for extended periods and occasionally lifting or moving items weighing up to 50 pounds. Where required, employees must maintain a valid driver’s license, appropriate automobile insurance, and authorization to drive for company business.
