Overview Are you passionate about athletic sneakers and apparel? Do you love sharing your enthusiasm with others and providing excellent customer service? We are looking for a friendly, motivated individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. Responsibilities Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products and collaborating with team members to deliver excellent sales service. Achieve sales, customer experience, and operational goals. Connect with customers by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs. Learn and share expertise about products and trends to meet customer needs. Stay informed about current and upcoming products and trends. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment. Qualifications 0-3 years of retail experience. Confident and comfortable engaging with customers to deliver an elevated experience. Motivated by enthusiasm for interacting with customers and athletic products. Ability to initiate and complete tasks independently. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
