Overview NOW HIRING: JOURNEYMAN STRUCTURAL IRONWORKERS / WELDERS Multiple Openings | Immediate Start | Travel Opportunities | Per Diem for Travel | Benefits We are actively hiring experienced structural ironworkers/welders who can produce clean, high-quality welds and take pride in doing the job right the first time. Responsibilities Execute precision handrail pipe & structural welds to project specifications Fabricate, install and weld: structural materials including: ledger angles, bridging, beam connections, stair stringers, and railings Set up and operate welding equipment independently Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and callouts Follow and maintain strict safety practices at all times Travel and perform in high-demand, deadline-driven environments Maintain equipment in proper working condition Qualifications Minimum 3 years verifiable welding experience ( REQUIRED ) Must pass pre-employment weld test Proficient in handrail pipe and structural welding Stick welding experience REQUIRED Must have own welding gear + hand tools (we provide harness, lanyard, hardhat, and vest) Reliable transportation to various job sites Must be willing to travel as needed (out of town, out of state, and occasional international work) Must speak and understand English clearly Ability to read blueprints & welding symbols (preferred) Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Able to work independently and with a team Understand weld callouts Additional Information WHAT SETS YOU APART: You show up ready to work (NO BABYSITTING REQUIRED) You produce clean, consistent welds that pass inspection You handle travel and changing job sites without excuses You take pride in your trade and work like a professional WHY JOIN US: Steady work with a solid pipeline of projects Work with a team that values skill, safety, and reliability Opportunity to travel and gain diverse project experience Immediate start for qualified candidates Travel expenses covered (project-dependent) Per diem when traveling Benefits available Reply to View email address on click.appcast.io with your resume, certifications (if any), and a brief summary of your welding experience.
