Zumba Instructor – Crunch Fitness

We're looking for an enthusiastic, high-energy Zumba Instructor who can create an unforgettable class experience that keeps members coming back week after week. At Crunch, we believe fitness should be fun, inclusive, and empowering—and our instructors are at the heart of making that happen.

What You'll Do:
- Lead exciting, safe, and engaging Zumba classes for all fitness levels.
- Create an energetic atmosphere where every member feels welcome and motivated.
- Build relationships with members and help foster a strong fitness community.
- Encourage participation, celebrate progress, and inspire confidence.
- Arrive prepared with music, choreography, and a positive attitude.
- Promote Crunch programs, events, and club initiatives.
- Maintain a clean and safe group fitness environment.

What We're Looking For:
- Current Zumba Instructor License (required).
- Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification (preferred).
- CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain before teaching).
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Reliable, professional, and passionate about helping others.
- Ability to motivate and engage participants of all ages and fitness levels.
- Previous group fitness instruction experience is a plus—but exceptional energy and stage presence are just as important!
