Position Description Provide one-to-one virtual tutoring for middle and high school students Help students understand and master academic concepts in subjects such as math, science, English, and related coursework Break down complex material into clear and manageable steps Support students in building strong study habits and executive functioning skills such as organization, planning, and time management Adapt instruction based on different learning styles and student needs Use assessment insights and feedback to help customize tutoring strategies for individual students Encourage student confidence, engagement, and independence in learning Maintain professionalism and reliability in scheduling and communication Requirements Currently enrolled in or graduated from a four‑year university Strong academic background in at least one subject area (math, science, English, or related coursework) Ability to clearly explain concepts to middle and high school students Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, reliable, and professional Comfortable working with students in a virtual learning environment Prior tutoring, teaching, mentoring, or academic support experience preferred Flexible scheduling that works around your class schedule Fully remote work from home Opportunity to gain experience in education, mentoring, and academic coaching Work one‑on‑one with students and make a meaningful impact on their academic success Competitive hourly pay based on experience and subject expertise #J-18808-Ljbffr
