Logistics Coordinator (2nd Shift)

As our customers and carriers continue moving freight into the evening, we're expanding our second-shift operations to capture business that's often missed after traditional office hours. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems, and want to play a direct role in helping grow the business, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate freight and dispatch activities during high-demand evening hours
- Build relationships with carriers and customers
- Use industry tools including DAT, Truckstop, and Macropoint
- Communicate shipment updates and quickly resolve transportation issues
- Support Carrier Sales and Customer Service teams with real-time freight coverage
- Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of logistics, dispatching, or freight experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities
- Comfortable learning new transportation software and systems
- Reliable, motivated, and eager to grow within the logistics industry
