Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in a 12-bed emergency room
• Handle patient ratios of 1:4 to 5
• Manage patients across the lifespan, from birth to end-of-life care
• Collaborate with a team comprising a charge nurse and core staff

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• ER experience
• PALS, ACLS, BLS, TNCC, ENPC certifications
