Oncology - Radiation Physician

Job Overview Specialty: Radiation Oncology Location: Grand Forks, ND Hospital Details: Altru Cancer Center Outpatient cancer center Dates & Required Availability: Coverage needed on: 10/26-10/30 11/2-11/6 11/30-12/4 Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm No call No weekends Credentialing Timeframe: 4 weeks Setting: Outpatient Patient Volume: Approximately 18-24 patients per day Job Details: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm coverage in an outpatient cancer center. Strong support team includes 2 Physicists, 2 Dosimetrists, 4 Radiation Oncology APPs, 1 Nurse, and 1 Patient Access staff member. Equipment includes Accuracy systems with 1 Tomotherapy unit and 1 Radixact unit. The Tomotherapy machine is being replaced with a Varian Linac, expected to be operational in September. Client Requirements: Candidates must be able to provide at least 2 weeks of coverage per month.
