Objectives CLIENT RELATIONSHIP : Develop meaningful client relationships to ensure strategic recommendations and creative deliverables are met. Manage day-to-day client needs, align team expectations, and address inquiries/concerns. Collaborate with client teams to create and drive tactical programs and share feedback to ensure internal alignment. STRATEGY : Support creation and execution of strategic programs that drive brand messaging. Use data to identify marketplace opportunities and propose innovative ideas. Stay updated on industry trends and translate them into strategic recommendations. NEW BUSINESS : Collaborate with senior leaders to identify opportunities within existing accounts and secure new projects. Support business growth by proposing new program ideas and agency services. MENTORING : Educate and motivate junior staff, fostering a culture of learning and growth. Set clear expectations, encourage development, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Requirements BA degree and 5-7 years’ experience in healthcare marketing Proven management skills and ability to foster a positive team environment Ability to build trust with internal teams and clients Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Effective presentation skills Ability to manage group processes and adapt approaches as needed Knowledge of industry strategies and business problem-solving Willingness and ability to travel Core Competencies Creativity Organizational agility Customer focus Strategic planning Interpersonal skills Problem solving Motivating others Strategic agility The salary range for this role is $80-$100 per hour, depending on experience and responsibilities. Salary details are part of the overall compensation package and vary per individual circumstances.
