RESPONSIBILITIES Spotless Dishes Quickly Washed Dishes Squeaky Clean & Organized Dishwashing & Storage Areas Proactive Kitchen Support PAY The total compensation for this position will be between $15.00 - $19.00 per hour. We pay a base wage of $15 - $17 / hour plus tips. Tips are based on your skill level, shifts worked, and how busy we are - the busier, the better! WORK SCHEDULE This position can be part-time or full-time, with a flexible schedule designed around the demands of the restaurant. This position will regularly work the busiest shifts of the week, based on daily forecasted sales and special events; typically weekends. Evening shifts are most common, with occasional morning and midday shifts available. WILL YOU FIT IN HERE? Our team has been built - brick by brick - on shared core values. JOB REQUIREMENTS Must have current ServSafe Food Handler Certification Must be at least 16 years old Physically able to stand, walk, and move for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds For part-time positions, must have consistent availability during peak shifts - including nights, weekends, and holidays For full-time positions, must have open availability Wooden Paddle is 13-years-young restaurant & catering company, started in 2013.
