Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate nursing care delivery
• Direct others in healthcare delivery
• Perform direct client care activities as required
• Accurately implement physician's orders
• Administer and record medications
• Comply with infection control policies
• Coordinate and provide emergency care as needed
• Participate in orientation and in-service training for personnel
• Evaluate performance of personnel and recommend actions
• Conduct group therapies and participate in treatment planning
• Maintain patient safety and confidentiality

Qualifications

Required:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current Illinois RN license
• BLS certification
• CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention with Advanced Physical Skills (APS)

Preferred:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with MS Office and Meditech
