Behavioral Health Clinician (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) - Full Time - Shift/Hours Varies - Atlantic Health Overlook Medical Center, NJ

Responsible for providing short-term psychotherapeutic services including individual, marital, family and group treatment. Principal Accountabilities: Conduct initial biopsychosocial assessments for adult patients seeking behavioral health services to determine need for treatment of behavioral issues.

1. Complete and analyze evidenced based screening tools and assessments.
2. Provides individual, group and family counseling for adult patients.
3. Along with patient, develop treatment plans, including clear problem

statement, treatment goal(s), with measurable, relevant objectives for a range of behavioral health concerns. 4. Collaborate with other mental health professionals to coordinate care. 5. Completes required documentation and charting of patient encounters in a timely manner. 6. Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. 7. Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current on best practices in the field of behavioral health. 8. Meets with supervisor for clinical supervision, participates in multi-disciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care, concerns and planning. 9. Advocates for patients and assist them in accessing community resources. 10. Completes all mandatory AH trainings and competencies as assigned.
