Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join an established, privately owned dental practice in Lewiston, Idaho. This opportunity offers a consistent patient volume from day one, clinical autonomy, advanced technology, and strong opportunities for professional growth.

The ideal candidate will be committed to providing comprehensive, high-quality dental care and building long-term relationships with patients. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages.

• Perform restorative and general dentistry procedures.

• Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Perform surgical and laser-assisted procedures as appropriate to experience and training.

• Utilize advanced dental technology, including CEREC, PrimeScan, CBCT, digital photography, and dental lasers.

• Educate patients on treatment options, oral health, and preventive care.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.

• Collaborate with experienced clinical support staff to ensure efficient patient care.

• Participate in continuing education and professional development.

• Maintain a high standard of patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program.

• Active Idaho dental license in good standing or eligibility to obtain one.

• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.

• Experience or interest in restorative and comprehensive dentistry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Patient-first approach with strong attention to quality of care.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the dental team.

• Commitment to continued professional development.

Compensation & Benefits

• $200,000-$350,000 annual earning potential.
