Director of Rehabilitation (PT Only) – Wilmington Manor, Delaware / Southern NJ Area
$100,000–$120,000 per year
We're seeking an experienced Physical Therapist based in Delaware who is willing to travel into New Jersey for a full-time rehabilitation leadership opportunity. This role is ideal for a clinician looking to advance their career while overseeing therapy operations and supporting a strong clinical team.
• Direct rehab department operations and staff coordination
• Promote clinical excellence and efficient service delivery
• Work alongside facility leadership to enhance resident care
• Support team development and department performance
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance
