The role will assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per‑shift basis and at the unit level. The RN is responsible for supervision of staff to whom appropriate care is delegated, and for supporting the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to ensure high‑quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
