Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team ManagementDirectly manage 1–2 in-house IT staff and provide effective oversight of 6 MSP-managed indirect reportsFoster a collaborative, accountable team culture aligned with company values and operational goalsServe as a cross-departmental technology partner, building strong relationships with operations, finance, HR, and plant managementDevelop, maintain, and enforce comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all IT functionsInfrastructure & Systems ManagementPersonally lead ERP system lifecycle activities — including hands-on configuration, module architecture, workflow customization, upgrade execution, and advanced troubleshooting — across all facilities, delegating routine operational tasks to the ERP Specialist while retaining final authority over all ERP decisions across all facilitiesOversee the MSP's management and optimization of Microsoft cloud infrastructure (Azure/M365), including Exchange, SharePoint, and related servicesProvide strategic direction and accountability for Microsoft Windows Server environments, including file and print services, SQL Server, and related infrastructureHold the MSP accountable for ensuring high availability, reliability, and scalability of all IT systems and servicesCybersecurity & ComplianceLead and maintain the company's cybersecurity program in alignment with the CIS (Center for Internet Security) FrameworkOversee system security, data protection, backup and disaster recovery strategies across all locationsConduct regular security assessments, manage vulnerability remediation, and ensure compliance with applicable standardsDevelop and maintain incident response plans and business continuity proceduresData, Reporting & AnalyticsDirectly author, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries and data pipelines that extract actionable insights from ERP and legacy systems, setting the technical standard and reviewing the ERP Specialist’s work for accuracy and performance.Guide the ERP Specialist in delivering Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring outputs meet organizational standards for quality and usabilityEnsure leadership receives timely, decision-ready data visuals that drive operational improvementsAI Strategy & InnovationChampion the expansion of AI tools and capabilities throughout the organizationLead the adoption and optimization of Microsoft Copilot as part of the company's core AI strategyEvaluate and implement additional AI solutions tailored to specific operational needs, including:Formulation efficiency and process optimizationCapacity planning and forecastingWorkforce and administrative productivity gainsBudget & Asset ManagementOwn and manage the IT cost center budget, including forecasting, variance analysis, and cost controlMaintain complete and accurate IT asset inventory including computers, peripheral devices, and mobile phonesEvaluate vendor contracts and managed service agreements for cost effectiveness and performanceMake data-driven purchasing and renewal decisions to maximize ROIQualifications:Minimum 10 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a management or leadership roleDemonstrated hands-on experience in a multi-site manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferredProven track record managing both direct employees and third-party/MSP vendor relationships #J-18808-Ljbffr
