We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Blue Palms Health and Rehabilitation Center at Fletcher in Tampa, FL. As a CNA at our facility, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

• Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans

• Assist with mealtime services, including feeding, hydration, and feeding assistance

• Perform vital signs and report changes to the nursing staff

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and services

• Participate in resident activities and assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Promote a positive and respectful environment for our residents, families, and staff

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality patient care and a positive work environment
