Responsibilities

Job Description:

Responsible for the supervision of the monitor technicians, monitoring and recognition of continuous electrocardiographic telemetry.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Education Current LPN license in the state of Nevada preferred. Current BCLS certification. Successful completion of a basic cardiac arrhythmia course or equivalent and successful completion of an arrhythmia testing.

Experience 2 years telemetry experience. Supervisory experience preferred.

Technical Skills Basic PC knowledge and medical terminology.

License/Certification Current BLS Certification. Certification of completion of a basic cardiac arrhythmia course.

Other Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.
