Taco Bell General ManagerThe General Manager serves as a mentor and leads their team to success, ensuring optimal performance and, as a result, smooth operations and exceptional customer experience. They are responsible for striving to achieve maximum profitability for the restaurant, which includes being selective in recruitment efforts, consistent training and providing quality food. This role is crucial for creating company culture that is aligned with DRG's values.Major responsibilities include team development, operational excellence, P&L management, leadership, training & development, culture & values, and compliance.Benefits include the DRG Cares Grant Program, DRG Savings Marketplace, Employee Assistance Program, Live Mas Scholarship Program, Employee Referral Program, Education Benefits, and DailyPay.Leadership behaviors include hiring & staffing, integrity and trust, motivating others, analytical thinking, and being results driven.Key relationships are internal with your team, Area Coach, Director of Operations, fellow General Managers, and other internal stakeholders. External relationships are with guests.Knowledge & skill requirements include being 18 years or older, having a high school diploma (or equivalent), at least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership ability, the ability to read, speak and write in English, passing the SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam, maintaining current health card in adherence with local/state requirements, an average 45-hour work week with flexible availability, reliable transportation, a clear criminal background check, and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).About us: Diversified Restaurant Group is a people first company!
