Job Description INFORMATION SYSTEMS SUPERVISOR – Join GDIT as an Information Systems Supervisor for a career where your growth is just as important as the mission you support. Responsibilities Assist with manager duties to include timesheet approvals and evaluations of her team of GDIT employees/subs. Assist with training and daily learning of skills when needed. Assist with any meetings that Manager or other supervisor cannot attend. Assist with keeping knowledge base articles and data for techs up to date and disseminating data to team to assist with ticket closing. Assisting techs with getting productivity up when they are not at standard. Qualifications Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science. Experience: 5+ years of related experience. Security clearance level: TS/SCI with Polygraph. U.S. citizenship required. Work with customer technology and support requirements. Work with the technology industry. Possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members, all levels of management within the company and the client. Compensation range: $110,500 - $149,500 (salary determined by experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements).
