REQUIREMENTS Positive attitude, drive, and integrity Ability to focus and multi-task with attention to detail under pressure Must be clean and organized Set up station for menu execution Handles, stores and rotates products Adheres to set standards in cooking techniques and portioning Ensures food quality and timeliness Practices correct food handling, product storage and rotation procedures Complies with all sanitation and safety regulations and standards Operational knowledge of kitchen equipment Line cook experience in a high-volume kitchen a plus Excellent knife skills Ability to communicate with co-workers Schussboom Brewing Company is an award-winning, family-owned brewpub in Reno, NV.
