BlueSprig is looking for a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Fort Smith, Arkansas. This position entails delivering ABA therapy and supporting children with autism. No previous experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided. The role includes working 30‑35 hours per week.
