Position Details:

Job Title: Sterile Processing Team Lead

Location: Methodist Hospital

Schedule: Full Time, Various Shifts

What You Will Do:

Clean, wrap, sterilize, store and distribute equipment, supplies, instruments and endoscopes used in patient care.

Assist area clinical staff by using specialized knowledge in surgical instrumentation and procedures to prepare for surgical cases.

Provide technical guidance to others involved in the assembly of instrumentation and preparation of case carts.

Train team on various skills and tasks.

Act as a resource or mentor for the team and other staff.

Provide functional guidance to the team and assists Manager with scheduling, training and inventory duties.

***MUST HAVE 2 active CRCST/CSPDT/CFER national certificates and/or are a Certified Surgical Technologist. No provisional certifications will be accepted.
