Job Title: Watering Technician Company: Evolve Landscaping Location: RDU Job Type: Full-time Job Description Evolve Landscaping is hiring a dependable Watering Technician to maintain plant health across residential and commercial job sites. This role involves daily watering, monitoring landscape conditions, and supporting overall site quality. Responsibilities Water trees, plants, and turf on assigned routes Monitor soil moisture and plant health Adjust watering schedules based on weather conditions Report plant stress, irrigation issues, or damage Assist with general landscaping duties as needed Requirements Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors in heat and varying conditions Strong attention to detail and consistency Landscaping or irrigation experience preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience with irrigation systems or plant care Ability to follow schedules and work independently Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Steady, year-round work Opportunities for advancement Schedule Monday–Friday (some weekends as needed) Apply today to join a growing landscaping company focused on quality and consistency. #J-18808-Ljbffr
