The candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of Bellami's proprietary methods, provide exceptional client experiences, and often assist with retail sales. Key Responsibilities Perform professional hair extension services including: Hand-tied wefts Tape-ins I-tips / K-tips (preferred) Provide consultations to recommend best methods, lengths, and maintenance plans Educate clients on home care and extension maintenance Maintain clean, organized workstation Build and retain a loyal clientele Work collaboratively with stylists and front desk team Qualifications Valid North Carolina cosmetology license (or equivalent).
