### Job Requirements & Qualifications - **Years of Experience**: At least 1 year required - **Certifications**: - ACLS - AWHONN Intermediate* - BLS - NRP - **Skills**: - Circulate for C-section* - Recognition and Treatment of abnormal fetal heart rate patterns - Use of External Fetal Monitoring - Triage* - **Previous Charge Experience**: Not specified - **Charting System Experience**: Required - **Valid State License**: Compact license must be in hand at submission ### References Required - 2 References covering 1 year (6 months for CNA s) within the last 3 years - Can include Charge RNs/Lead ### Additional Requirements - **Travel Experience**: Not specified - **Compact License**: Required for submission - **Local Radius**: 50 miles - **Local Rule**: Accepted at lower bill rate - **Modules**: Completed pre-start and annually, average 16 hours spent, over 20 hours requires PM approval ### Commitment and Flexibility - Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD) - Must request all RTO/specific scheduling requests upfront during submittal - Post submittal/offer RTO may not be considered or granted. Inflexibility beyond contract schedule and/or RTO may lead to termination of contract and system DNR. ### Facility Acceptance Policy - **Background Policy**: Facility does not accept Nursys or BG hits - **Return Staff Policy**: Can return after 3 months Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby your contracted facility. Refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.
